- 1 heaped tbsp houmous with strips of courgette, carrot and red or yellow pepper
- 40g cheese and an apple
- 25g plain 70% dark chocolate (about 2 squares)
- 25g seed, nut and sultanas, mixed
- 25g pistachios, walnuts, cashews or almonds … or a mix
- a nectarine and 3 apricots
- 170g carton Greek 0% low fat yoghurt with blueberry, plus a peach.
